Cesar Bernardo Torres, age 37 of Orland, CA passed away on January 29, 2024. He was born in Kennewick, WA on October 22, 1986 to Yolanda Cuevas Torres and Ramiro Torres Garibay.

After Cesar graduated from Orland High, he went to study Communications at Sacramento State University, where he graduated in 2017. Cesar was a friend to all, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He was so charismatic, outgoing, and goofy.

Cesar is survived by his mother; Yolanda Cuevas Torres, two sisters; Cindy Torres and Brenda Torres, and four brothers; Roel Ramiro Torres, Arlen Torres, Ramiro E. Torres, and Omar Torres.
