Daniel Richard Duckworth of Orland California passed away at the age of 72 in Chico California on October 13, 2024. He was born in Vancouver British Colombia on March 30, 1952, to Edgar and May Duckworth. Daniel attended Los Banos high school for his education. Sandy and Daniel were married for 49 years and raised their adoring children together. Daniel worked at John Manville for 37 years as a batch and binder and was amazing at it. He was a very accomplished mechanic, carpenter and builder of wacky creations. A family man that liked to tinker. He is survived by his wife Sandra Duckworth of Orland, CA and sons Darryl Adams of Orland, CA, Donald Adams of Magalia, CA, Michael Patterson of Phoenix, Az, Paul Adams of Willows, CA, and Daniel Duckworth II of Chico, CA.

A celebration of life for Daniel is being held November 2, 2024, at the Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary Chapel at 9 am. Following this will be a reception with the family at 4308 County Road H, Orland, California 95963 for anyone who would like to attend.
