HELEN M HAHN On December 16th, 2023, Helen M Hahn passed away in Lakeport, Ca surrounded by loved ones after a sudden illness. Helen had recently celebrated her 90th birthday with loved ones traveling from Idaho, Washington and Oregon for a treasured and memorable celebration. Helen was born to the late Dr and Mrs. Ralph W. Beardsley in Fort Dodge, Iowa on October 16th, 1933. The family later relocated to Livermore, Iowa where she spent her childhood and later graduated high school. Helen married Charles Hahn of Sioux Falls, SD in December of 1953. Together they had 4 children, Robert, Tavi, Ralph and John. They moved to Orland, Ca in 1972 where she resided for the next 50 years. Helen loved quilting with friends and made quilts that will be treasured by all. She enjoyed her early morning coffee with friends in downtown Orland. She was a prolific reader, had a quick sense of humor and a great eye for fashion who will be greatly missed by all. Helen is survived by her sons Robert and John Hahn and daughter Tavi Granger. She is also survived by her grandchildren Theresa, James, Aubrea, Austin, Haley, Scott, Katie, Amanda and Natalie and numerous great-children, & great-great grandchildren Helen was preceded in death by her husband Charles Hahn, their beloved son Ralph, her sister Kathy and brother Orin. Services to be held at a later date. The family requests in Lieu of flowers donations be made to The American Cancer Society.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 1:00PM at Graves Cemetery in Orland, California.

Arrangement will be held under the direction of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary.
