Hubert F. Watts Jr. (34) was a victim of Homicide while working at Sierra Conservation Camp Jamestown, CA where he was an inmate. A candlelight vigil in JR's honor will be held in Library Park, Friday October 29 at 6pm if the weather permits. To family and friends Hubert was known as "JR", to Our Aunt "Jughead", and in prison he was known as "Tiny".  JR was born December 10, 1986 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC  to Brenda L. Watts and to the late Hubert F. Watts Sr. JR is greatly missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind Sisters; Cheryl Smith & Husband Roy Smith (Kentucky), Angela "Hope" Watts (California), Carolina Logan (Pennsylvania), Brothers; David Eugene Watts & wife Dede Watts (North Carolina), Wesley W. Watts (Oklahoma), Grandmother Jean Gerdes, lots of cousins, nephews, and nieces.

JR is proceeded in death by brother Kenneth "Ryan" Watts, Grandfather Herbert Miller, Grandmother Beulah Butler and Vonnie Watts (North Carolina),  Aunts Frances Watts and Janice Watts (North Carolina), Debra and Steve Gardner (Georgia), Uncle Charles Eugene Watts Sr. (North Carolina), Uncle Joey Demattio (Pennsylvania), Uncle Ray Watts and Wife "Aunt" Laura Watts (North Carolina).

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary.
