Our Dad left this world peacefully on April 2, 2022 at the age of 95.

Jim was born to Vlasta & John Slyh on November 7th, 1926 in Orland, California, where he lived most of his adult life. After Jim retired from Pacific Bell at age 55, he enjoyed cattle ranching, swap meets, collecting and trading old cars, parts and engines, and other antiques. He also loved his cabin at Lake Philbrook, and having family and friends visit.

Jim is survived by brother Jack Slyh and sister-in-law Belva, his four children, Jim, Diane, Janette, and Leanne, his four grandchildren, Rosalie, Brett, Grant and Holly, and great grandchildren, Jack, Abby, and Cami.

Jim will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
