Justin Grant Allen, 31. Born September 19th, 1989 in Chico California. He unexpectedly passed away September 21th, 2020 in Mare Island, California. Justin was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend. He is survived by his son Trevor Grant (13) and his daughter Alyssa Diane (9) along with his unborn son Justin Grant Allen Jr. He is also survived by his mom and dad Jerry and Jessica Allen, his brother Jerry Allen 3rd, and his sister Marissa Allen. Justin accomplished so much in his life, he was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Justin graduated at the top of his class at WyoTech to then move on to Linemen School where he also graduated at the top of his class. Justin became a first responder while working at the firehouse in Susanville. As his sister points out in his lineman picture Justin marks the spot, when he did something, he did not do it 100% he did it 110%. He was a one of a kind and will be missed but never forgotten.
