Lawrence Melvin Petersen was born on May 12, 1948. Lawrence passed away in the arms of Jesus on July 4, 2020. He was born in Palo Alto, CA to George M Petersen and Tena E Tarufelli. He married Linda on October 3, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Larry was a resident of Capay since 1973.

He joined the Navy in January of 1967-1971. He did two tours in Vietnam on the U.S John Paul Jones.

He is survived by his wife; Linda E of Capay, sister; Jeannette of Capay, numerous nieces and nephews and family.

Larry loved the outdoors, fly fishing, streams lakes, and hiking.

This isn't grief it's having my last tear wiped the morning of my eternal day.

Larry trusted Jesus with all his tomorrows knowing that he will solve the mystery of life beyond the grave trusting Christ as his Lord and Savior.
