Luisa Davis passed away at the age of 100 years, 4 months, born in Mexico City on August 25, 1919 as Luisa Minor, also known as "Luisita." Luisita passed away in Orland, CA on January 14, 2020. Her parents were Pablo Minor and Natalia Amesqual. She was the eldest of five siblings. Her sister, Mercedes Minor, and brothers, Eduardo, Pablo, and Mario Minor. A gifted artist who loved to paint and sketch portraits and landscapes. Luisa grew up in Mexico and moved to Pensacola Florida, at the age 24, where she discovered her talent in sketching and painting portraits. She later moved to California where she became a Jehovah's Witness and met her husband, Tony Davis. She and her husband Tony were farmers in Coachella Valley, and later came to Orland to continue in farming and enjoy the rest of their lives. She leaves behind two brothers, Pablo and Mario Minor and numerous nieces and nephews. (Both her brother; Pablo and wife Carmen), and her (nephew; Paul and wife Tammy Minor) currently live here in Orland.
