Maria Garcia Llamas age 64 passed away suddenly on September 28, 2021 in Sacramento County. Maria was born in Mexico to Adrian Llamas and Mercedes Garcia. At the age of 7 Maria moved to Orland, CA where she has lived for the last 57 years. She has always been proud of being the first one in her family to become a legal U.S. Citizen. For the last 45 years Maria has been a well known hairdresser around Orland. Maria owned "Maria's Beauty Salon" for about 30 years and for the last 10-15 years she has been working at De-Serj For Hair.

Maria is survived by her husband Jose Mendoza, Son Jose Damian Mendoza, Sisters Maria J. Llamas, Pancha Llamas, Theresa Llamas, Brothers Jose Llamas, Chano Llamas and one Grand-baby that will be here January of 2022. Maria is greatly missed by family and friends.

Services will be held under the direction of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary.  A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 4PM-8PM, Rosary will begin at 6PM in the Mortuary Chapel, and a Mass will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 11AM at St. Dominic's Catholic Church. Maria will be laid to rest at the Catholic Cemetery in Orland, CA.
