Patty Joan Hood, age 78, passed away in Chico, California on May 28, 2022. Patty was born on May 10, 1944 to Richard Eugene Dilts and Fairy Blossom Dilts in Los Angeles, California. For 17 years Patty worked for Santa Barbara County as a Social Worker and Civil Servant.

Donald Lee Hood, age 80, passed away in Orland, California on July 22, 2021. Donald was born on February 26, 1941 to Wallace Hood and Rose Alexandra Hood in Orange, California. For 34 years of Donald's life he spent it as a Head Mechanic for an Oil company.

In 1987 Donald and Patty met for the first time and began a relationship. On May 29, 2002 Donald and Patty married, they remained married for over 19 years.

Patty is survived by her Daughters Tina Noraas, Lisa Harvey, and her Sister Sharon "Sheri" Cloud. Patty was preceded in death by her Husband Donald Hood, her Father Richard Dilts, Mother Fairy Dilts.

Donald is survived by his Sons Mark Hood, Michael Hood, Step-Daughters Lisa Harvey, Tina Noraas, and his Sister Eleanor Warden. Donald was preceded in death by his Father Wallace Hood, and Mother Rose Hood.

Arrangements are held under the direction of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary.
