Paul Clemins of Orland, California passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the age of 75 years old. He was born March 29, 1950, at Glenn General Hospital to David and Irene Clemins. Paul graduated from Willows High School in 1968. He was retired from the Johns Manville Company, where he had worked for 21 years. Paul was an avid fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sandi Clemins of Orland, California, his sons Kyle Clemins of Willows, California and Jason Clemins of Silver Spring, Maryland, and stepdaughters Laura Volz of Magalia, California, and Stephanie Andrews of Orland, California. Paul was cremated, and the family will host a potluck Celebration of Life event on May 10 from noon to 3pm at Paul's childhood home of 456 Vine Street, Willows, California.
