Timothy Allen Brown was born in Castro Valley CA on February 14, 1964.  Died in Willows CA on January 7, 2021.  Beloved son of Mickey & Vernon Brown.  Tim was a bright light in many people's lives.  He was born with Down's Syndrome & for his entire life, he never knew a stranger.  He loved everyone & preferred to give everyone a hug rather than a handshake.

He & his parents moved to Hamilton City in 1972.  He attended Special Ed classes from age 8-21 & loved the Special Olympics.  He attended North Valley Services workshop in Orland for the next 35 years.  He made many friends while there, and was frequently seen at events & in the community.  Everyone knew Tim Brown!  He will be missed by many.

He loved TV & movies with lots of action, noise & sirens... Birthdays & holidays were special to him.  He loved music & loved to dance.  Christmas and Rock & Roll music, bring it on!  He was very outgoing, bossy, fun loving, full of adventure, & loved to travel.  The ocean was his special place to go on vacation.  He was a kind & gentle soul, always happy to hold your hand & give you a special smile.  Due to his declining health, he spent his last year at Prestige Assisted Living in Chico, then Willows Care Center in Willows.

He was predeceased by his sister Becky Richlie in 2007, his mother Mickey in 2017, and his father Vernon in 2020.   He is survived by his sisters Lynda (Robert) Crowe and Caryn Brown; nephews Michael (Melissa) Crowe and Bob (TaLisa) Crowe; and 3 great nieces/nephews, Helen, Daysi and Sammy.

There will be no services at this time due to CoVid.  Interment will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Orland.  Donations may be made to North Valley Services in his memory through Sweet-Olsen Mortuary.
