Timothy Christian Perraie died at his home in Capay in the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 12, 2025.  Tim was born on May 6, 1989 at Enloe Hospital to Tracy and Mark Perraie.  Later followed by a sister Michaela Perraie. Tim grew up in Capay and spent his whole life in the Capay/Orland area.  He graduated in 2007 from William Finch Charter School.  As a child he spent many hours on the Ollenberger
Farm learning and honing his farming skills from his grandfather Milton.  He took an active role in the Blue Diamond Leadership Program and served on the Liaison Committee.

Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling, but his greatest joy was serving on the Capay Volunteer Fire Department.  He became a certified Emergency Medical Responder and served the department and community for eight years from April 2015 to June 2023 until his health deteriorated.  In and out of the hospital battling many health issues for his entire life, he never stopped being positive and trying to help others. "Tangle em up Tim" as he was called on fishing trips was always fun.  Tim made every experience something you never soon forgot.  He never let anything get in his way.  He had a youthful good nature and always would greet you with a smile and a joke.  Tim always gave all he had to everything he was involved in.

Tim will be missed and the memory of his willingness to help in any way possible will be treasured. Tim is survived by his mother and father, Tracy and Mark Perraie; sister Machaela Perraie; maternal grandfather Milton Ollenburger; maternal uncle Chris Ollenburger (Cheri); maternal uncle Rick Ollenburger (Regina); many cousins and extended family members.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Capay Elementary School, 7504 Cutting Avenue, Orland, California 95963.  Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, Tim's memory may be honored by making a donation in his name to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
