Wanda Bernice Zimmerman died on November 20, 2022 at her home in Hamilton City, California. She was born in Collbran, Colorado to Lawrence and Ethel Weimer on November 15, 1938. She worked numerous jobs, a nurse aid, a Foster parent for many years, and the librarian for Hamilton Union Elementary School for 20 plus years.

She met the love of her life Gail Zimmerman in Marysville, California in July of 1953. They were married in Hamilton City on June 5, 1955. She was involved in many organizations throughout her life.

She is survived by her daughter Debra Eddy (Marc) of Hamilton City, California, son Chris Zimmerman (Patty) of Orland, California, son Russell Zimmerman of Orland, California, 13 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Gail, and son Duane.
