Billy "William Lloyd" Coats, age 57, of Orland, CA, passed away on March 23, 2024. Billy was born on January 18, 1967, in Gridley, CA, to William Lloyd Coats and Pamela Joyce Martin.

Billy, known for his artistry and talent as a tattoo artist, was a beautiful soul who deeply cared for his family and friends. His passion for drawing was evident in his work, reflecting his creativity and skill.

Billy is survived by his father, William Coats. Alongside his father, Billy leaves behind his siblings Sean, Christopher, Tiffany, Donny, and Ryan, each a cherished thread in the rich tapestry of his life. He is also survived by his children Brandon, Lily, and Khloe, who were his greatest source of pride and joy, as well as his adored grandchildren Brooklyn, Kyren, Copeland, Jeris, and Ryan, who brought immeasurable happiness into his world. Additionally, Billy is fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews, each holding a special place in his heart.

He is preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Pamela Joyce Martin.

Billy attended Orland High School, Class of 1986, and furthered his education at Butte College where he continued to nurture his creative talents.

Private services to celebrate Billy's life will be held in the serene coastal town of Fort Bragg, California, a place he held dear to his heart. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary in Orland, California.

May Billy rest in eternal peace, his soul now free to soar amongst the stars, forever remembered and forever loved.
