FUNERAL GOODS AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR GENERAL PRICE LIST ARE LISTED BELOW:
- IMMEDIATE BURIAL -This may include basic services of funeral director and staff, local transfer of the deceased to the mortuary, shelter of remains for up to 24 hours, attempted procurement of authorizations, and local transportation to the cemetery.
- DIRECT CREMATION -This may include basic services of funeral director and staff, local transfer of the deceased to the mortuary, up to 3 days of refrigeration, sanitary care and safeguarding of remains, local use of a utility vehicle, transfer to the crematory, and necessary authorizations.
- BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF (AND OVERHEAD) - The Basic Service Fee represents the necessary charge to professionally assist our families with their service preferences. It includes a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, insurance, utilities, and business expenses required to serve the public on a 24-hour, ready-to-serve basis.
- FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER MORTUARY -May include local removal of the deceased, professional services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation, attempted procurement of authorizations, local use of utility vehicle.
- RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER MORTUARY -May include professional services of funeral director and staff, temporary shelter of remains, local transportation of deceased to mortuary, and cemetery or crematory.
- TRANSFER OF REMAINS TO MORTUARY -within a 30-mile radius, with mileage charge for transportation outside this area.
- EMBALMING -Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

- OTHER AVAILABLE PREPARATION OF REMAINS -May include Dressing, Hair Care and Cosmetics, Refrigeration, Placement of Remains in Casket or Container, Specialized Care Necessary after Autopsy or Related Procedure, Removal of Pacemaker, Defibrillator, or Other Hazardous Medical Implants (required for cremation)

PRENEED ARRANGEMENTS - Prior to drafting any contract for goods and services, the responsible person making arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
